Kinetic Chandelier
icycle is a kinetic chandelier based on the movement of two tiers of gears. These gears have long arylic shades attached to them at varying heights in order to change the amount of light that can pass through. An RGB LED strip is the source of light for the chandelier and is located in the very center of the chandelier.
In order to control the chandelier, a control box is connected to a nearby wall. The control box is directly connected to the lights and the motor in the chandelier. There are three potentiometers used to control the colors of the LEDs and a rocker switch to turn the motor on and off.
